To avoid congestion, the public is encouraged to use public transportation, with the Transportation Department recommending residents from Hsin Chuang, Zhonghe, Yonghe, and Hsintien districts to take the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Circular Line to Banqiao station. Visitors from other counties and cities can opt for the Taiwan Railway, Taiwan High Speed Rail, or Intercity Bus to reach the Banqiao Bus Station.
